MOSh Meditations

Our meditation practice at MOSh was inspired by an interfaith group called The Kindred Project that I attended during the darkest days of COVID. Each week, someone would present a reading to lead us into discernment during a 20-minute period of silence, followed by a period of personal reflection.
In that spirit we sit every Wednesday from 12pm – 12:30 ET.
We invite you to use these short readings, some of which are based on the Parshat haShavua, for your own practice.
We invite you to  join us sometime!
